Let's do a little history first, according to Wikipedia, Boracay or "Bora" as a lot will shorten it, is located 315km south of Manila. It is derived from the local word "borac" which means white cotton. Other credits say that the name originates from "bora" meaning bubbles and "bocay" meaning white. All of the words mentioned will point out the powdery white sands of Boracay.

How many were you in this trip? Planning to goHow many were you in this trip? Planning to go this year. this year.
Hi Anne! We were around 10 because the in laws of one of my friends also joined us in the island hopping.
We only paid 1,740 for the 3D 2N stay at La Carmela because we got a deal from Ensogo.
If it is just fine for you to stay on a non beachfront accommodation I can suggest Hannah Hotel. It's located at the back of the church (Station 1). Just a 5-minute walk to and from the beach. We stayed there last December.
If you have question(s) do not hesitate to email me.
:)
hi Anne is your budget currency is Peso?
hi Anne you spend money for just only 8,714? is that a Peso?
HI! Yes, it's in Philippine Peso :)
Most people thought of going to Boracay is too expensive, and you prove them wrong. And there are really cheap hotels in boracay, if budget is a big issue. :)
Hi Kit! Boracay travel is not (anymore) expensive. It can be done on a budget with proper research. Thanks for dropping a comment!
